About

Dr Kuo is a fellowship-trained Senior Consultant with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Changi General Hospital (CGH). He has an interest in all aspects of shoulder and elbow surgeries including arthroplasty and arthroscopy. He manages various degenerative disease, sports related injuries as well as trauma around the shoulder and elbow joints on a regular basis.
