About

Dr Kanthaya Mohanaruban is a senior consultant with the Department of Geriatric Medicine at Changi General Hospital (CGH).

Dr Mohanaruban graduated from Colombo Medical School, Sri Lanka in 1975 before accepting a post as a senior house officer in the United Kingdom in 1979. He then went on to obtain his MRCP in 1981 and successfully completed his junior training posts in England and Wales.

In 1989, Dr Mohanaruban was appointed as a consultant physician where he was greatly involved in medical education service development and management. He then took a year of sabbatical leave before working at CGH.
