About Doctor

​Clin Asst Prof Melissa Seet Yert Li is a Consultant with the the Department of Surgery, Changi General Hospital (CGH), Singapore with a subspecialty interest in breast surgery.

Dr Seet is dedicated to delivering holistic, patient-centred breast cancer care, with a particular interest in multidisciplinary management and supportive care for Asian breast cancer patients. Her clinical and research work focuses on improving quality of life through innovative supportive interventions, including art therapy, forest therapy, digital health solutions, and integrative approaches to symptom management; and minimally invasive approaches to breast surgery and oncoplastic techniques. 

A recipient of multiple teaching and clinical excellence awards, including the NUS Outstanding Teaching Faculty Award, Dr Seet is passionate about nurturing future healthcare professionals while advancing breast cancer research and innovation. She advocates for compassionate, evidence-based care that addresses both the physical and psychosocial needs of patients throughout their cancer journey.
