Dr Andrew Tan Xia Huang

Dr Andrew Tan is an Associate Consultant with the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Changi General Hospital (CGH).

Dr Tan graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2011 and worked for several years in the Republic of Ireland. He was appointed Member of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh) and Member of the Royal College of Physicians (Ireland) in 2015. He joined the Internal Medicine Residency (Singapore) in 2016 and subsequently the Gastroenterology Senior Residency programme (SingHealth) in 2019. Dr Tan has also completed the European Specialty Examination in Gastroenterology & Hepatology and specialist training in May 2023.

Dr Tan's clinical interest is in neurogastroenterology including motility disorders. He is also keen in continuing medical education.
