Clin Asst Prof Joe Francis

Dr Joe Francis is a Senior Consultant radiologist at Changi General Hospital with subspecialty interest in musculoskeletal radiology. Dr Francis received his basic medical degree (MBBS) from Bangalore, India. He completed his post-graduate specialty training in Singapore and obtained his FRCR and MMed degrees from the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) and National University of Singapore (NUS) respectively.

He is involved in various intra-departmental and inter-departmental teaching activities at CGH and is a member of the national plain film competency assessment committee.
