About Doctor

Dr Chan Hiok Yang joined the Department of Radiology at Changi General Hospital in February 2026.

He graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, in 2017. Prior to commencing specialist training, he gained broad clinical experience in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, and Emergency Medicine. He subsequently served as a Medical Officer (Operations) in the Republic of Singapore Navy as part of his National Service. Dr Chan completed his Radiology Residency in 2026.

His clinical interests include Breast Imaging and Intervention.
