Our Services

Community Dietetic Service

The Community Dietetics Service aims to promote healthy eating habits within the community and reduce the risk of diet-related diseases. We accept referrals from CGH (including patients transitioning from hospital to community care) as well as General Practitioners (GPs) and Place-based Care Teams comprising community nurses and well-being coordinators.

Community Hearing Clinics

Located at Eunos Polyclinic and Eastern Community Health Centre, the Community Hearing Clinics provide the following audiology services:

  • Diagnostic hearing tests
  • Hearing aid evaluations
  • Hearing aid fitting
  • Follow-up consultations
