Our Ancillary and Support team performs operational support functions and plays an active role during, and /or after a patient's visit.  They are integral to provide quality service and meet our patients' and customers' needs at every step of the way.  Providing a strong support system and serving from their hearts, a seamless experience is built for every patient and customer.

CGH achieved the top satisfaction score for acute restructured general hospitals for six consecutive years in the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) 2019, achieving a score of 72.5 in 2019, against the average of 71.7 in the Restructured Hospitals Sub-Sector.
