Visiting Hours and Guidelines

We recognise that visitors are important to our patient’s healing process. The following guidelines have been established to encourage visitors, while giving our patients time to rest and recover. We seek your cooperation in following these guidelines.

Visiting Hours

Main Building Wards

Monday to Sunday (including PHs): 12:00pm to 2:00pm, 6:00pm to 8:00pm


Integrated Building (IB) Wards

Monday to Sunday (including PHs): 12:00pm to 2:00pm, 6:00pm to 8:00pm


Main Building Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Monday to Sunday (including PHs): 12:00pm to 2:00pm, 6:00pm to 8:00pm


After visiting hours, visitors will be asked to leave the wards and all ward doors will be locked.

Important Information

In view of the Ministry of Health’s guidance on hospital visitors, please take note of the following:

  • 2 visitors are allowed at any one time for patients in inpatient wards during visiting hours.
  • One registered visitor is allowed for patients at our outpatient centers/clinics and at our A&E.
  • No visitors allowed for suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19.

All caregivers and visitors are encouraged to perform an Antigen Rapid Test (ART) self-test prior to visiting their loved ones at the hospital.


Please do not visit the hospital if you:

  • are unwell
  • have been identified as a close contact of an infected person
  • are under 12 years old
