| Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) | Vendors are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before collection of RFP document. The NDA is to be duly signed by two (2) authorized signatories (i.e. principal signatory and a witness) from the Vendor's organization. |
