Dr Ranu Taneja underwent training in Radiology in India and Singapore, with research experience in MRI from Sunnybrook and Women’s College Health Science centre in Toronto, Canada and attained her fellowship in Body Imaging from Seattle, USA. She hs also worked in Internal medicine in the UK with an MRCP in medicine.
Dr Taneja is invloved in clinical trials and pursue breast imaging, including performing breast biopsies. She is also involved in the education of medical students from NUS and Radiography students from SIT.
Currently, she is part of the multidisciplinary team involved in management of gastrointestinal, pancreatic and hepatobiliary tumours.

3. Submitted for IRB review as principal investigator a study titled “ Determining outcomes of assigned Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System (LI RADS) category for hepatic observations in high risk patients. A retrospective review.”
