Non Invasive Ventilation Clinic

The Non Invasive Ventilation (NIV) clinic supports the management of patients requiring long term non-invasive mechanical ventilation. Non-invasive mechanical ventilation refers to the use of breathing support administered through a face or nasal mask. Patients with chronic respiratory failure such as obesity hypoventilation syndrome (OHS) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) may require this treatment.
