Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Oral and maxillofacial surgeons specialise in treating diseases, injuries and defects in the hard and soft tis-sues of the oral (mouth) and maxillofacial (jaws and face) regions.

  • Growth modification for early correction of jaw discrepancies
  • Early interceptive treatment for children with tooth eruption problems
  • Fixed braces treatment (includes metal braces and ceramic braces)
  • Removable clear aligner treatment (includes Invisalign)
  • Co-management with OMS team for patients with dentofacial deformities to ensure their teeth are well positioned before and after orthognathic surgery

Endodontics

Our endodontists specialise in conserving teeth that would otherwise be extracted due to diseases of the dental pulp.

Prosthodontics

Our prosthodontists specialise in restoring your natural teeth and replacing missing teeth with artificial sub-stitutes. These substitutes may take the form of crowns, bridges, implants and dentures. Crowns serve to protect heavily-restored teeth or structurally-compromised teeth that have had root canal treatment done. Bridges serve as replacement for missing teeth by using adjacent teeth as support while veneers, laminates, implants and dentures are great ways to help improve aesthetics and functions. The prosthodontists also pro-vide care and rehabilitative prosthetic treatment to patients who have undergone surgical ablation for head and neck cancer, or suffer from congenital malformation such as cleft palate. They also cater to the conserva-tive treatment of orofacial pain and temporo-mandibular joint disorders with nightguards/splints.
