CGH achieved the top satisfaction score for acute restructured general hospitals for six consecutive years in the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) 2019, achieving a score of 72.5 in 2019, against the average of 71.7 in the Restructured Hospitals Sub-Sector.
