1. There will be COMPULSORY briefing conducted via web conferencing on 21 April 2020, 10.00am SHARP.(Previously 13 April 2020)
2. CFC documents will only be released after this compulsory web conferencing briefing.
3. To attend the web briefing session, Participants will need to register via email, writing in to tan.ming.wei@alpshealthcare.com.sg by 15 April 2020 12:00pm
4. A "Non-Disclosure Undertaking" form will then be sent to the interested Participants, which the Participants will need to enter into, have it signed, stamped (with your Company Stamp) and email back to tan.ming.wei@alpshealthcare.com.sg by 18 April 2020, 12.00pm.
5. The Web Conferencing details scheduled for 21 April 2020 will then be sent to the Registered Participants.
6. CFC documents will only be emailed to the Registered Participants after the web conferencing.

Participants are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before collection of CFC document. The NDA is to be duly signed by two (2) authorised signatories (ie. principal signatory and a witness) from the Participant's organisation.
