1. Demolition Work, comprising Demolitions of Existing Affected by the New Works;
2. Interior Fitting-Out Work, comprising Interior Fitting-Out Work to Ward 26;
3. Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Work, comprising Electrical Installation; Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Installation; Fire Protection Installation; Plumbing & Sanitary Installation; Medical gas and Pneumatic tube;
4. All making good of existing areas affected by the Works; and
5. Complete entire Addition & Alteration Works Ward 26 within 28 calendar weeks inclusive of 2 weeks of mobilization period from the Date of Handover of Site.
