Diet for a Healthy Heart is a group education session provided to all participants in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme. This programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge to maintain a cardio-protective low fat, low salt and high fibre diet.

Eat Right Programme (Temporarily Suspended)

Eat Right is a group education programme for patients, caregivers and family members focusing on the management and prevention of lifestyle diseases.

Health First

Health First is a programme designed to educate food vendors in restructured hospitals about healthier cooking methods and the importance of balanced diets.

Health Peers

This community-based initiative is a collaborative effort between dietitians, sports medicine physicians and clinical psychologists, which aims to create awareness on chronic disease (e.g. diabetes) prevention and management. Health Peers, who are trained volunteers, are empowered to make positive lifestyle changes in their community. Living with Diabetes: Diet & Lifestyle Programme (LiDDle Programme) Living with Diabetes is an interactive programme facilitated by a team of health professionals aiming to equip patients on intensive insulin therapy with the skills needed for self-management of diabetes. Smart Living This programme aims to equip staff aged 55 years and above with knowledge on healthy eating practices, placing emphasis on preventing malnutrition in the elderly population.
