For your convenience, various methods of ordering and collecting your medications are available.
Order Medications via the Health Buddy app
Select ‘Deliver to me’ and indicate your preferred delivery date and time
Be Present for Delivery
Ensure you (or an authorised person) will be home during the delivery slot
Receive your OTP via SMS
On the day of delivery, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) and QR code to confirm the delivery of your medication
Doorstep Delivery
Provide the OTP or QR code to the courier for verification and acknowledgement
Delivery Charges & Cancellation Policy
You must be physically present at the arranged delivery date, time, and address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, an authorised person (above 18 years old) may collect your medication on your behalf.

A reminder will be sent one day before the collection date
Collect Your Medication
Head to Counter 3 at Pharmacy @ MC on the day of collection and show your SMS reminder for verification
Pharmacy @ MC (Changi General Hospital, Medical Centre, Level 1)
Select ‘Collect Today from Pharmacy’ and indicate the quantities of medication
Register at the counter* for a queue number
Wait for your queue number to be called to collect your medications
View your invoice on Health Buddy
Your invoice will be ready within 2 to 5 working days. For cash payment, please proceed to the Payment counter to obtain your invoice after collection.

The Medication Delivery Service is only applicable to CGH prescriptions.
Order amendments or cancellations that are submitted within 3 working days before the confirmed delivery date may be subject to additional charges.
A valid CGH prescription is required for the medicine order to be processed. If you do not have one or if you need a new prescription, kindly submit your request through the Health Buddy app.
If you are not able to receive the medicines in person, you can appoint someone who is at least 18 years old to receive the medicines on your behalf.
You can place a delivery order for the balance of your medicines via the Health Buddy app. Please place your orders at least one week before your medicines are due to run out.
You may request for a top-up of your prescription via the Health Buddy app. Please note that your request is subject to your doctor's assessment.
Cash on delivery is not an accepted mode of payment. We highly encourage cashless payment.
MediSave is an accepted mode of payment. Please ensure that there is sufficient balance for deduction. Please note that any outstanding amount not covered by MediSave will be borne by you.
