In the Main Building, there are toilets at multiple floors which serve only staff. Each floor currently has 4 cubicles, consisting of 2 WC cubicles and 2 ensuite toilets. This will be converted to 6 WC cubicles and 2 shower rooms.

The scope of the works requires the hacking of the existing toilets and revamped to new tiles, doors, and toilet fittings. As the Staff Toilets are unisex in nature, it is paramount that that privacy must be maintained by using separating walls and toilet doors that are at full height. Toilet fittings must meet WELS rating of 3 ticks. Other M&E scope includes installing new lightings, new branch plumbing and sanitary and vent pipes.
