TitlePROPOSED DESIGN & BUILD TO CLINICAL SERVICES OFFICE (CSO) AT MAIN BUILDING LEVEL 3, CHANGI GENERAL HOSPITAL
Description
This project aims to renovate existing Clinical Services Office at Level 3, Main Building (MB) to allow for better optimisation of office space and to cater for future manpower growth for Anaesthesia Department. Contractor’s scope of works is to renovate the existing CSO space to allow for additional workstations and to provide ancillary area space; and shall include, but not limited to the following: 
  1. Demolition works to the existing space and fitting-out work
  2. Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works, comprising of Electrical Installation, Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Installation, Fire Protection Installation and Plumbing & Sanitary Installation. 
  3. Making good of existing areas affected by the renovation work.
  4. Complete entire reno works within 16 calendar weeks inclusive of mobilisation period from the Date of Handover of Site.
The estimated GFA of CSO is approximately 336 sqm.

EligibilityThis RFP is open to bidders with minimum CW01 – C3 registered.

Qualified bidders shall write to the buyer in charge at carmin.tan.k.m@alpshealthcare.com.sg with the following:

  1. Name, Designation, Contact Numbers and emails of the person attending the COMPULSORY Physical RFP Briefing and Site Show Round.
  2. Please note that each company can only send TWO representatives to attend the briefing and showround.
  3. Kindly indicate the email address to be receiving all future correspondences from CGH with regard to this project.
  4. CGH will share the Non-Disclosure Undertaking Form and details of Briefing and site show round.

Such request should reach us not later than Wednesday, 27 March 2024, 5pm. All RFP documents will be issued out after the site briefing.
