"The Outram Community Hospital (OCH) building is the first in a series of four buildings under Phase 1 of the SGH Campus Master Plan. As part of a mega jigsaw puzzle, it needs to be planned in relation to the entire Master Plan, such as the segregation of various modes of traffic (vehicular, pedestrian, patient and staff) and integration of carparks. We need to make sure the plans are integrated not only to fit the requirements of the OCH building project but also the upcoming phases, until 2032."
