"I hope to be a mentor who is approachable, patient and encouraging."

4 May 2021

"When I was a freshly minted junior pharmacist, I had a mentor who often made cutting remarks and put me down whenever I made a mistake. I carry this experience with me, as it reminds me to be a mentor who is approachable, patient and encouraging, so that my juniors will not be afraid of making mistakes and learning from them."
