Located opposite the Accident & Emergency Department, Changi General Hospital's Pharmacy A serves patients from CGH day surgery, dental and outpatient clinics. Patients with prescriptions from polyclinics or GPs are welcome to have them filled here and our pharmacists will provide the necessary medication counselling. Patients who need further assistance with their medications may like to apply for our Medication Therapy Management (MTM) service. This service aims to empower patients to manage their own medications. Through appropriate counselling and enhanced understanding of their medications, patients will be able to optimise their medication use and achieve their therapeutic goals with improved patient outcomes.

The Ward Pharmacy is located on Level 9. It serves the surgical and medical intensive care units, and all inpatient wards. Medication review and supply are carried out daily for our inpatients. Specialised services include parenteral nutrition, asthma counselling, anticoagulation counselling and therapeutic drug monitoring.
The A&E Pharmacy is open 24 hours a day and serves all patients discharged from the A&E department.
The Clinical Nutrition Service specialises in the formulation of parenteral nutrition, which is prepared according to the patient's requirements. A pharmacist coordinates the ordering and supply of these specific preparations and monitors the patients who are receiving parenteral nutrition.
The Drug Information Service (DIS) is the resource centre for doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals for information regarding drugs and their properties. The DIS also provides logistical support to various in-house hospital committees e.g. Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and Infection Control Committee.
