Remarks Registration of Medical Devices from Health Science Authority (HSA)
Vendor shall ensure that the medical devices, with the exception of class A and B, delivered on or after 1 Aug 2010 to 31 December 2011 should either be:
  1. registered on HSA Singapore Medical Device Register (SMDR);
  2. placed on SMDR Transition List ; OR
  3. cleared for import and supply through one of HSA Product Registration special access routes

From 1 Jan 2012, all medical devices, class A, B, C, D, have to be registered with HSA SMDR.

Bidders are to adhere to the following instructions. We will not accept your submission if any Bidder did not adhere to the following:

  1. Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60 mins before the RFP closing date & time (for e.g. Closing date: 27 May 2022, Closing time: 3pm. Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 27 May 2022, after 1400hrs, BUT not later than 1500hrs).
  2. In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen the Pricing summary in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time.
  3. All submissions submitted after the closing time and date, as of the PC time of receiving
