Once you have recovered, your doctor will advise you on when you may go home. Once your discharge is confirmed, a Patient Service Assistant will arrange your follow-up appointment. Before you leave, your ward nurse will also give you your discharge summary and medical certificate (MC).
The hospital’s discharge time is 11:30am (before lunch).
Collect Your Medicine
Please collect your medicine at the Inpatient Pharmacy on level 1 of the inpatient block.

If you have been diagnosed with a chronic illness, consider joining a support group to meet other patients, and understand your condition better.

HomeCare Enterprises (HCE) is an innovative, not-for-profit social enterprise providing affordable and quality assured homecare equipment, consumables, and services to make caring at home easier.
