Falls Can Be Prevented

We all fall down and as we get older, the risk of falling increases.

Unlike the tumbles we took when we were younger, falls that happen as we get older have a greater risk of serious injury. Falls in seniors can result in long hospital stays, expensive surgeries and reduced ability to walk and move.

But falls are not a natural part of ageing. In fact, falls can - and should be - prevented. Use this website to identify your risk and take charge of your safety, independence and mobility!
