Empowering breast cancer patients to take charge of nutritional health

The Pink Plate is a collaborative cookbook by a multi-disciplinary team of dietitians, chefs and breast surgeons from Changi General Hospital as well as breast cancer survivors, to empower breast cancer patients to take charge of their nutrition and symptom management.



These recipes are intended to provide nutritious ideas for patients and caregivers before, during, and after treatment, to reduce the occurrence and severity of side effects. By making the recipes easy to prepare and hassle-free, healthy and delicious meals to suit any mood or craving while tackling nutrient deficiencies can be an easier affair. All in the name of improving quality of life during and after treatment.



The cookbook also includes expert advice from dietitians to help patients to address the challenges they may encounter during their cancer journey. From managing symptoms to cooking tips, nutrition insights and dietician-curated menus, these come together to aid recovery and empower patients to take charge of their nutritional health.
