What are your delivery timings?

There will be no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all valid local addresses within mainland Singapore, excluding offshore islands and secured areas. You can also opt to have your medication delivered to one of the 24/7 PILBOX locker stations at SingHealth Polyclinics at Bedok, Marine Parade, Punggol, Seng Kang and Tampines.
For delivery to PILBOX, does the medication need to be collected within a certain timeframe?What happens when the medication is not collected?
Please collect your medication from PILBOX within 36 hours of delivery. If the medication is not collected at the end of this period, it will be sent back to the CGH Pharmacy. You can arrange for a second delivery (re-delivery fee applies).
Can I submit an order if I do not have a prescription, or if my previously submitted prescription has been completely filled?
Supply of medications requires a valid prescription before we can process your order. If you do not have one or if you need a new prescription, kindly submit your request through the HealthBuddy app.
Can I submit an MDS order using a non-CGH prescription?
Only patients with a CGH prescription can submit MDS orders for medications available in the CGH Pharmacy.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been submitted, or change my delivery date and/or time after it has been confirmed?
Any amendment or cancellation request received within 3 working days of the confirmed delivery date. Otherwise it will be subject to a charge of $7.50.
How do I know if my online order has been successfully submitted?
An order acknowledgement will be sent to the email address you provided.
How do I pay for my medications?
Payment can be made through SingHealth Mobile Pay, DBS bill payment service, AXS stations, self-service automated stations or via cheque.
I have a medical benefit card; can I use it to pay for the service?
Approved 3rd party payors are accepted for payment of medications. However, delivery amendment or cancellation charges will be borne by you. Please provide us with the necessary payment documents when you register for the medication delivery service.
Can I opt to use Medisave or Cash on Delivery as a payment mode?
Yes, we do accept Medisave use and Cash on Delivery. Kindly indicate these options when placing your medication orders. You will be informed of the cash amount by SMS to the contact number you provided before the delivery date/time. Please ensure the exact amount is paid to the delivery man upon receiving your medication as no change will be provided.
How do I know when my medications are ready for delivery?
On your selected delivery date and time slot, the delivery man will contact you before arrival via the contact number you provided. If you have opted for delivery to PILBOX, you will receive an SMS once your medication has been deposited into the locker.
Can someone else receive my medications for me?
If you are unable to receive your medications in person, you can give consent for another person who is 18 years old and above to receive the medications on your behalf.
How do I refill a previously submitted prescription?
You can order your prescription refill medications through the HealthBuddy App or via this link;

My medical appointment has been postponed and my medications are running out. How do I request for a top-up of my medications?
You can download the SingHealth HealthBuddy App to request for a prescription refill and opt for delivery of your medications. I requested for a prescription for my medications.
How do I know if it is ready?
You will be contacted by CGH once your prescription is ready on your registered contact number.
