Subsidy is only applicable for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, who are not already existing private patients for the same medical condition.

Request for Downgrading
- (Applicable for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only)

If you have any financial difficulties as a private referral, you can make an application for downgrading. You may request to transfer from private to subsidised status by making an application through the Clinic staff. You will have to be financially assessed by our hospital's Medical Social workers. Transfer to a lower class status may only be permitted once during your episode of treatment, without specifying a specialist by name.
