Smoking Cessation Counselling and Service is provided by our experienced nurses and pharmacists. It aims to help smokers quit smoking and lead a healthier smoke-free life. Regardless of whether you are our patient or a member of the public, our team of counsellors is ready to assist you.

What Counselling Involves

During the counselling sessions, our pharmacist or nurse counsellor will assess your breath carbon monoxide level using the smokerlyser as well as your level of nicotine dependence. Following which, he/she will provide counselling and equip you with useful life skills to help you quit smoking. Our pharmacist or doctor will recommend medications to help you quit smoking where appropriate.

Counselling Times

The Smoking Cessation Counselling sessions are available daily from 8.00am to 4.00pm for inpatients.

For outpatients, the Smoking Cessation Clinic runs on every Monday and Friday, from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
