At Changi General Hospital, we recognise that medical research is crucial to improving patient care and better health.

Our Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health professionals are actively involved in a wide spectrum of research, from basic (pre-clinical) research, translational research, clinical trials to health-services research.  These are supported by internal hospital grants, national and international funding agencies and collaborating institutions.

Ultimately, our research aims to improve our knowledge of underlying challenges, problems or issues in clinical medicine, and finding new ways of tackling a problem.
