Good health cannot be taken for granted. Modern living and lifestyle predisposes us to chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and heart disease. Fortunately, many of these illnesses can be detected early and treated to prevent further complications.
An effective way of keeping track of your health is through regular health screening.
At Changi General Hospital (CGH), we offer personalized health screening based on your gender, age and risk factors.
- Core Series
This programme offers evidence-based health screening in accordance with guidelines issued by MOH and Screening Test Review Committee (STRC) (Academy of Medicine and HPB) February 2011.
- Plus Series
This programme offers additional test to address individual health concerns and requirements
- Optional Test
Additional test may be arranged after consultation with a doctor.
Our screening programmes are conducted over two outpatient visits by appointment.
First visit - you will be examined by a doctor to assess your medical conditions, risk factors for various diseases and current health status. The doctor will also have a discussion with you regarding the suitability of your chosen programme.
Second visit - you will receive a personalized medical report on your test results and overall health status, as well as advice on how you can improve or maintain your health. Where appropriate, our doctors will refer you to specialist doctors for further evaluation and management.

Mammogram
- Avoid mammogram if you are pregnant.

Message from our physicians:
The aim of health screening is to assess your current health status and to help you understand the medical conditions you are at risk of developing. Please note that while every effort will be made to schedule all investigations on the day of your initial visit, there may be occasions when additional tests (e.g. ultrasound scans and the Treadmill exercise test) have to be arranged on a separate day.
CGH reserves the right to remove or change the programmes and the prices without prior notice.
