Heart disease affects the health of many people. Fortunately, heart disease can be detected and managed early to prevent further complications.
Changi General Hospital offers a Heart Health Screening Package customised to help you manage the health of your heart. Our medical staff at Specialist Outpatient Clinic ‘N’ will assist you through the screening in a comfortable environment. If there is a need, our doctors will refer you to our team of specialist doctors for further investigations.

* After the doctor’s assessment, you may be given the option to take CT Calcium Scoring Test ($192.60, including GST). CT Calcium Scoring (CCS) is a screening tool that calculates the calcified plaque (hardened plaque) in coronary arteries using CT technology.
Important Reminder
Please fast for at least 10 hours before your appointment, i.e. do not eat or drink from 10.30pm onwards on the night before. However, plain water is allowed. This will ensure better accuracy in your cholesterol and glucose results. You will be given a meal voucher after the blood test.
Please bring along your:
- NRIC/Passport/Employment Pass/Work Permit
- Any past medical records and current medications
- Company letter and/or staff identification for corporate accounts
Treadmill Stress ECG
Please bring a set of sports attire for the treadmill stress test. Depending on your condition, you may be required to stop taking certain medications a day or two prior to the test. Please check with your doctor. Sometimes, the test may also need to be rescheduled because of your medical conditions.
What is Involved
The whole screening will be completed over two outpatient visits. On the first visit, you will undergo a cardiovascular examination and other investigations. On the second visit, you will receive a personalised medical report as well as professional advice from our doctor on how you can improve or maintain your health.
