- Basic anatomy and physiology of respiration & circulation
- How to render first aid to wounds, bleeding, shock, fainting, asphyxia, hypothermia, heat disorders, fractures, spine injuries, burns, scalds and bandaging
- Practical demonstration and return demonstration on two modules of CPR
- One rescuer CPR
- Adult airway obstruction
